How can I upgrade my plan?

Upgrade your plan

1. Open Billing from your profile menu, bottom left.
2. Find the plan you want and select Upgrade.
3. Complete checkout. You'll be taken to Stripe to enter payment details.

Your new plan is active as soon as checkout completes, and your credit balance updates straight away.

Choosing monthly or yearly

Both options appear at checkout. Yearly is billed once for the full year and works out cheaper per month — Starter is 43% less and Growth 30% less than paying monthly.

Buying more than one seat

Every paid plan is priced per seat. On Growth you can buy up to five seats during checkout using the quantity selector, and each seat brings its own credits.

Need more than five? Contact sales — larger teams are handled on the Business plan.

Note Credits are granted when your invoice is paid, not the moment you click upgrade. If checkout succeeded but your new balance hasn't appeared within a few minutes, contact support rather than paying again.

Downgrading

The same screen handles downgrades — select Downgrade on a lower plan. Your current plan runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and the new, smaller credit allowance applies from the next renewal.
