How do I connect my mailbox?
Connect Gmail so outreach sends from your own address.
Outreach sends through your own mailbox, so replies land in your inbox and messages come from a real person rather than a shared sending domain.
Steps
- Go to Integrations.
- Find Gmail and select Connect.
- Sign in with Google and approve the requested permissions.
- You'll return to NEOFind with the mailbox shown as connected.

What else you can connect today
LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Calendly are available alongside Gmail.
Other providers, including ATS platforms, are listed in the Integrations screen but are not connectable yet — selecting one will not sync any data. If you need a specific one, tell us and we'll weight the roadmap accordingly. In the meantime you can export candidates as CSV and import them wherever you need.
Note A newly connected mailbox should be warmed up gradually. Sending a large sequence on day one is the most common cause of early bounces and spam placement.
